PURPOSE AND ACCEPTANCE
These General Conditions regulate the acquisition of services offered on the website www.woffu.com, which is owned by WOFFU JOB ORGANIZER SL (hereinafter, WOFFU).
The acquisition of any of the services implies full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of these General Conditions, notwithstanding acceptance of the Special Conditions applicable upon the acquisition of certain services.
These General Conditions may be amended without prior notice. Therefore, it is recommended that you read their content carefully before acquiring any of the services offered.
IDENTIFICATION
On the one hand, WOFFU, pursuant to Act 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), hereby informs you that:

And, on the other hand, the Client.
Both parties recognise each other’s legal capacity to enter into contracts and be bound in the respective capacities in which they act and, by virtue of this Agreement (as defined in the Commercial Terms and Conditions), they agree to the following Service Terms and Conditions.

All notifications and communications between users and WOFFU made using the above means are considered valid, for all intents and purposes.
SERVICES
Details of the services offered, including the main characteristics thereof, can be found in the pricing section, at https://woffu.com/precios-woffu/
WOFFU reserves the right to decide at any given time the products and services offered to Clients. Therefore, WOFFU may add new products and/or services at any time to those currently available. Similarly, WOFFU reserves the right to withdraw or to stop providing any of the services offered at any time and without prior notice.
All of the above is without prejudice to the fact that some services can only be acquired via subscription or by registering as a USER, with WOFFU issuing the interested party with a username and password that will identify them and allow them access to the services.
Once logged into www.woffu.com, and in order to procure the different services, the User must follow all the instructions in the purchase process. To this end, the User must read and accept all the general and specific conditions stipulated at www.woffu.com.
PURCHASING AND/OR PROCUREMENT PROCESS
Only persons of legal age can make purchases on www.woffu.com.
The Client must also register on www.woffu.com using a data collection form to provide WOFFU with the information necessary to acquire a service. This data must be truthful, exact and complete about their identity, and the Client must also give their express consent by accepting the WOFFU privacy policy.
The steps to follow to make a purchase are:
Register as a user.
Select product.
Select frequency of payment.
Confirmation of order.
We recommend that clients print and/or save a copy of the conditions of sale when placing their order, and of the acknowledgement of receipt sent by WOFFU via email.
BILLING
For this purpose, the Client consents to electronic billing. This consent may be revoked at any time electronically in order to receive paper bills.
DURATION, RENEWAL AND CANCELLATION OF THE AGREEMENT
DURATION: 12 months.
RENEWAL: Automatic.
CANCELLATION: 30 days before the renewal date.
ADDITIONAL CONTRACTUAL CONDITIONS
Price and duration
The Client must make all payments due under this agreement in a timely manner. In case of breach of the payment deadlines specified, seven days after the due date, WOFFU may withdraw the service, terminate the agreement by right and claim payment for the services already provided.
The price charged for the service will be updated every year, applying the increase or decrease in the corresponding CPI, unless longer contract periods are negotiated. In this case, any adjustment applied will be as agreed between the parties.
If due to specific circumstances, which include but are not limited to, changes and additions are made to the services provided through the platform, there is a significant increase of traffic by the Client, regulatory changes, etc., the price of the service may increase.
In the case of a price increase, the Client will be notified of the reasons for the increase implemented 30 days before expiry of the agreement. If, when the notification is received, the Client decides to stop using the platform, it may withdraw with no penalties of any kind.
Service availability
The service purchased by the Client will be available 24 hours a day and 365 days a year, specifically during European Business Hours, from 8 am – 8 pm Western European Time.
This notwithstanding, the service may be unavailable temporarily for maintenance, to modify the platform and similar tasks (‘Scheduled Maintenance’) and technical incidents (‘Downtime’).
WOFFU undertakes to give at least 24 hours’ notice on its portal or by other means in the event of any interruptions due to foreseeable circumstances such as maintenance and loss of connection notified by companies. In such cases, WOFFU will make its best efforts to schedule maintenance tasks outside European Business hours.
WOFFU undertakes to deal with incidents and to repair the service purchased as quickly as possible and to notify the Client of any possible delays to restoring the service.
Availability: Service availability refers to the percentage of time that the product is available to users. It is measured in calendar months.
Termination:
Except when due to general reasons related to the Law, the agreement will end in the following cases:
- A) Expiry of the initial term or any extensions.
- B) Termination due to breach of the contractual obligations by either party.
Termination of the agreement on these or other grounds shall not exempt the parties from fulfilling the obligations acquired.
Availability of support
We provide technical support to clients as part of our Customer Success Packages.
All technical support is provided from the WOFFU offices during the following hours: Monday to Thursday: 8.30 am – 7 pm and Fridays: 8.30 am – 2.30 pm (Western European Time).

Confidentiality and non-disclosure
The WOFFU Service, which includes the ideas and concepts it contains and the accompanying documentation, including the Agreement, is considered Confidential Information. No details of any part of the WOFFU Service must be disclosed to third parties.
This section will continue to be binding on the parties after termination of the agreement until this information becomes part of the public domain (except for breach of these obligations).
Technical requirements
Woffu is a web application, and therefore it requires a network connection for desktop and laptop computers.
Woffu is compatible with the following browsers: Chrome 84 or higher, Firefox 79 or higher, Safari 12, Edge 80 or higher. Microsoft Internet Explorer is not supported.
Woffu Mobile App is compatible with IOS 11.0 or higher and Android 5.0 or higher systems
Security
Management of the production environment of Woffu is hosted in the Microsoft Azure Cloud (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/security/azure-security), with a Multitenancy architecture that guarantees the necessary requirements to maintain the information management security system. The communication between the browser and Woffu is guaranteed with 256 bits Secure Socket Layer (SSL AES-256, 256-bit keys). All connections are protected by authentication and authorisation. All user operations are logged with their IP addresses and other session accessories.
WOFFU ensures by way of a contract the effective recovery of all data and information of the company.

PRICES, COSTS AND TAXES
The prices of the services displayed in www.woffu.com are presented in Euros unless otherwise stated and are guaranteed while they are valid, with the exception of printing errors and irrespective of the destination of the order.
SERVICES
The final prices of all services, together with their characteristics, offers, discounts, etc., are specified in each of the services offered at www.woffu.com.

The cost of services does not include VAT.
The rate of VAT depends on the EU country.
The prices of services may change at any time. In this case, the price to apply will be the valid price when placing the order. In any case, the Client will be informed of the final cost during the online purchasing process before formalising acceptance.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
The following methods of payment are available:
Credit or debit card
You can pay immediately using our bank’s secure SSL payment gateway. If a refund is required or an order to be cancelled, the amount will be refunded to the same credit or debit card used to make the original payment. All personal and bank information is protected by the security measures established in Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) with full confidentiality.
By bank transfer
By cash deposit or bank transfer to: Bank: Caixabank. Account number: ES55 2100 0555 3502 0234 0252. Please include the client name and order number when making the deposit or transfer.
By direct debit
On the order confirmation page, provide the current account number from which payment for your order will be taken. Any refunds will be paid directly into your account.
REFUNDS AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY
As established by law, consumers and users have the right to WITHDRAW from the agreement within 14 calendar days with no need to give a reason and at no cost, other than those specified in Article 107.2 and 108 of Legislative Royal Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which enacts the aforementioned text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users.
The right to withdraw does not apply in the following circumstances, among others:
Services in course or already provided.
Contracts for the supply of sound or video recordings, discs and IT programs that have been unsealed by the consumer and user, as well as computer files, supplied via electronic means that can be downloaded or copied immediately for permanent use.
SERVICES
The deadline for withdrawing from the service agreement is 14 calendar days from the date of the agreement. Users must notify WOFFU of their intention to exercise this right by filling in the form at the end of this document.
Exercise of the right to withdraw will terminate the service.
WOFFU will issue the consumer with acknowledgement of receipt of said withdrawal in a hard copy format.
When a client withdraws, WOFFU will refund the amount paid by the Client within 14 calendar days using the same method that the Client used to pay (provided that the service purchased is not among the exceptions mentioned above).
Having received the request, we will contact the Client to provide details of the refund.
COMMENTS
Not applicable
LIABILITY AND EXEMPTION FROM LIABILITY
WOFFU may suspend, withdraw or cancel some or all of the services subject to the agreement at any time with no need to give prior notice. The above provision does not apply to services that are reserved for registered users or which are covered by a previous contract and governed by its specific conditions ( Software User Licence)
The website may contain links to other third-party sites and applications. WOFFU shall not be held accountable for any third-party websites and applications accessed via the website; this also applies to the information contained therein.
CUSTOMER SERVICES AND CLAIMS
Any complaints or claims against WOFFU must be referred to the customer services department by calling 932059750 or by sending an email to info@woffu.com.
According to EU online dispute resolution for consumer disputes and in accordance with Article 14.1 of Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013, you are hereby informed that the European Commission provides consumers with an online dispute resolution platform which is available at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
APPLICABLE LAW
These conditions are governed by the applicable Spanish law.
The language used will be Spanish.
