La normativa exige que el registro sea fehaciente, lo que implica que debe reflejar la realidad. Si un empleado tiene flexibilidad, el sistema de registro debe ser capaz de absorber esa variabilidad sin generar errores o alertas falsas de absentismo.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tipos_de_jornada_flexible_para_empresas\"><\/span><b>Tipos de jornada flexible para empresas<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No todas las empresas necesitan el mismo modelo. Dependiendo del sector, su pol\u00edtica horaria y la cultura organizacional, podemos distinguir tres grandes tipos:<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Flexibilidad_en_la_entrada_y_salida\"><\/span><b>Flexibilidad en la entrada y salida<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es el modelo m\u00e1s com\u00fan. Se establece una &#8220;franja de presencia obligatoria&#8221; (por ejemplo, de 10:00 a 14:00) y un margen flexible para el resto de la jornada. Permite mejorar la conciliaci\u00f3n familiar y reducir el estr\u00e9s por el tr\u00e1fico o el transporte.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Semana_laboral_comprimida\"><\/span><b>Semana laboral comprimida<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Consiste en trabajar el total de horas semanales en menos d\u00edas (por ejemplo, de lunes a jueves). Es una opci\u00f3n ideal para <\/span><b>sectores industriales<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que buscan optimizar turnos o para el sector servicios que quiere ofrecer el viernes tarde libre como incentivo.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Bolsa_de_horas_anual\"><\/span><b>Bolsa de horas anual<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Permite compensar periodos de alta actividad con otros de menor carga. El empleado puede trabajar m\u00e1s horas en meses pico y recuperarlas como descanso en \u00e9pocas valle.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Requisitos_legales_y_registro_obligatorio\"><\/span><b>Requisitos legales y registro obligatorio<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La ley es clara: <\/span><b>toda hora trabajada debe ser registrada<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Cuando implementamos una jornada flexible, debemos asegurar cuatro puntos cr\u00edticos para cumplir ante una inspecci\u00f3n:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Garant\u00eda de descanso:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Debe respetarse el descanso m\u00ednimo de 12 horas entre jornadas.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/woffu.com\/es\/informes-de-recursos-humanos\/\"><b>Disponibilidad de datos<\/b><\/a><b>:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Los registros deben guardarse durante <\/span><b>4 a\u00f1os<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y estar disponibles inmediatamente para el inspector o los representantes de los trabajadores.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Inalterabilidad:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> El sistema debe garantizar que los datos no han sido manipulados a posteriori.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Objetividad:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> El m\u00e9todo debe ser claro y no dar pie a interpretaciones ambiguas sobre cu\u00e1ndo se inici\u00f3 la jornada.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Como_gestionar_la_jornada_flexible_sin_perder_el_control\"><\/span><b>C\u00f3mo gestionar la jornada flexible sin perder el control<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Muchos responsables de RR.HH. temen que la flexibilidad se convierta en &#8220;caos&#8221;.
