If applicable, you can indicate tolerance periods within the schedule.\u2028For example: 9:00\u201315:00<\/li>\n<li><strong>Flexible:<\/strong> A schedule that does not indicate start and end times; it only reflects the total daily hours an employee must work.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rotating shifts:<\/strong> Fixed schedules that define the possible schedule an employee may have on a specific day. Then, through planning, each employee can be assigned the schedule sequence they must follow. E.g., morning shift; afternoon shift; and night shift.   <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p>*To configure it, you must know the different employee schedules.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h4>2.B Work schedule policy:<\/h4>\n<p>To accurately reflect your company\u2019s reality, you have several options to manage the recording of overtime or additional clocked hours.<br \/>\n<strong><em>Do the exercise:<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n<em>\u2028What work schedule policy do you have?
