Perdre talent \u00e9s m\u00e9s o menys freq\u00fcent segons el sector en qu\u00e8 ens trobem. Tot i que el 2020 va ser un any estrany\u00edssim per a l\u2019ocupaci\u00f3, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eleconomista.es\/economia\/noticias\/11298451\/06\/21\/Estos-son-los-sectores-con-menos-rotacion-y-empleos-mas-seguros-algunos-mas-que-la-Administracion-Publica.html\">el SEPE ha publicat les dades que revelen el nombre de contractes per treballador a Espanya<\/a>. <strong>La mitjana d\u2019aquell any va ser de 2,55 contractes per empleat<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s m\u00e9s habitual que en sectors com l\u2019agricultura, l\u2019hostaleria, la ci\u00e8ncia, la tecnologia o les activitats art\u00edstiques o l\u2019entreteniment la taxa de rotaci\u00f3 estigui m\u00e9s a prop de la mitjana o la superi. A l\u2019altre extrem hi ha l\u2019administraci\u00f3 p\u00fablica, amb <strong>una mitjana d\u20191,33 contractes per empleat i fins i tot altres activitats<\/strong>, com el personal dom\u00e8stic, les activitats immobili\u00e0ries, financeres, el sector de la construcci\u00f3 i el subministrament energ\u00e8tic, amb taxes que estan per sota de l\u20191,33 del funcionariat. <\/p>\n<p>Per\u00f2, qu\u00e8 passa quan una empresa \u2014independentment del sector en qu\u00e8 es trobi\u2014 t\u00e9 disparat l\u2019\u00edndex de rotaci\u00f3? Perdre talent pot tenir una repercussi\u00f3 molt costosa. A m\u00e9s d\u2019haver de dir adeu a persones molt valuoses per al nostre projecte, <strong>el cost de substituir un empleat pot suposar fins a un 60 % del seu salari anual<\/strong>. Per\u00f2, i vosaltres, esteu fent tot el possible perqu\u00e8 la vostra gent es quedi amb vosaltres? Per qu\u00e8 poden estar marxant de l\u2019empresa? La manca de reconeixement pot derivar inevitablement en una forta desmotivaci\u00f3 i, en conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia, en una reducci\u00f3 important de la productivitat. Les persones que no se senten valorades ni reconegudes ho tenen m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil a l\u2019hora de veure\u2019s involucrades en conflictes dins del seu lloc de treball, amb els companys i els superiors. Arribar a aquest punt de desassossec i descontentament pot ser una de les principals causes per les quals les persones abandonen les empreses.   <\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Perque_hi_ha_un_mal_ambient_de_treball\"><\/span><strong>Perqu\u00e8 hi ha un mal ambient de treball<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Un mal ambient de treball pot estar generat per m\u00faltiples factors i ser una barreja heterog\u00e8nia d\u2019emocions i conflictes no resolts. Les persones que treballen a l\u2019empresa, \u00e9s a dir, la vostra gent, mereixen ser tractades amb respecte, veure preservada la seva integritat i <strong>gaudir alhora que fan la seva feina.<\/strong> Quan conflueixen condicionants propicis per generar un mal ambient, es nota i hi ha moltes persones que, per salut i amor propi, decideixen marxar. Mirar amb lupa qualsevol indici de conflicte us ajudar\u00e0 a tots a mantenir un ambient de treball \u00f2ptim, que vetlli per la perman\u00e8ncia i, per tant, tamb\u00e9 per la felicitat dels treballadors.  <\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Perque_no_lheu_escoltat\"><\/span><strong>Perqu\u00e8 no l\u2019heu escoltat<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Segur que a vosaltres tamb\u00e9 us ha passat. Dir les mateixes coses una vegada i una altra i sentir que cauen en sac foradat provoca en qualsevol persona un desgast molt dif\u00edcil de suportar. Fer aportacions i que els nostres m\u00e0xims responsables facin orelles sordes \u00e9s profundament desolador i mina l\u2019autoestima de qualsevol que hagi entrat a formar part d\u2019un projecte dipositant-hi tota la seva il\u00b7lusi\u00f3, saber fer i coneixements. Aix\u00ed \u00e9s f\u00e0cil que una persona senti que no pinta res en un lloc on sap que les seves opinions no compten i <strong>decideixi marxar amb la m\u00fasica a una altra banda, a la recerca del reconeixement que all\u00e0 no ha trobat<\/strong>.   <\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Perque_no_te_possibilitats_de_progressar\"><\/span><strong>Perqu\u00e8 no t\u00e9 possibilitats de progressar<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Les falses promeses sobre les possibilitats de progressar personalment i professionalment solen sortir cares, perqu\u00e8 les persones, especialment si formen part de les noves generacions, no volen \u00fanicament un salari que els permeti viure. <strong>La majoria van a la recerca de projectes engrescadors<\/strong>, en qu\u00e8 tinguin l\u2019oportunitat de continuar aportant, creixent i aprenent, mitjan\u00e7ant plans dissenyats i finan\u00e7ats per les mateixes empreses. Trobar-se estancats i sense possibilitats d\u2019evolucionar \u00e9s una altra de les grans raons per les quals les persones decideixen anar a la recerca de noves aventures professionals. I no els falta ra\u00f3.   <\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Perque_al_seu_dia_no_vau_triar_be\"><\/span><strong>Perqu\u00e8 al seu dia no vau triar b\u00e9<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Pot ser el motiu que menys us vingui de gust sentir, perqu\u00e8, en definitiva, pot provenir d\u2019un error com\u00e8s en el passat. Quan ens embarquem en un proc\u00e9s de selecci\u00f3, solem fer-ho estudiant les capacitats i habilitats que els professionals detallen als seus CV, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9<strong> fent cas a la intu\u00efci\u00f3 i a les percepcions<\/strong> que tenim m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 del que ens diu aquest document. Tanmateix, de vegades podem fallar. I no nom\u00e9s aix\u00f2: les circumst\u00e0ncies que envolten les persones no sempre s\u00f3n les mateixes i qui va ser una persona il\u00b7lusionada amb el nostre projecte pot haver trobat altres fonts d\u2019inter\u00e8s.   <\/p>\n<p>Establir canals s\u00f2lids de comunicaci\u00f3 i tenir sempre encesa l\u2019escolta activa ens ajudar\u00e0 a saber detectar (abans que es produeixin) les <strong>possibles fugues de talent<\/strong>.
