Coneixeu i confieu en l&#8217;equip hum\u00e0 de la vostra empresa<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Voleu que els vostres empleats siguin i se sentin part de l&#8217;empresa. Per\u00f2, qu\u00e8 feu vosaltres perqu\u00e8 aix\u00f2 succeeixi? Els coneixeu b\u00e9?
