Qu\u00e8 els motiva a canviar de feina? En la majoria (77 %), i d&#8217;acord amb l&#8217;estudi de Randstad Research, <strong>aquests troben millors oportunitats laborals en altres empreses<\/strong>. Tamb\u00e9 els afecta (31 %) el risc de treballar en un sector que est\u00e0 en crisi o que no els apugin el sou (24 %).   <\/p>\n<p>Les activitats en qu\u00e8 es produeix m\u00e9s rotaci\u00f3 de personal s\u00f3n aquelles vinculades amb l&#8217;<strong>hostaleria, l&#8217;agricultura i la ramaderia, la pesca, el subministrament energ\u00e8tic, el transport, la log\u00edstica i les activitats administratives<\/strong>, coincidint, en la majoria de casos, amb el fet que ocupen els llocs m\u00e9s baixos de la pir\u00e0mide salarial.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"1_Metodes_per_analitzar_les_tendencies_de_rotacio_dels_empleats\"><\/span>1.
