{"id":16507,"date":"2024-07-09T08:31:21","date_gmt":"2024-07-09T06:31:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/woffu.com\/estaran-obligades-les-empreses-a-apujar-el-sou-dels-treballadors-a-temps-parcial\/"},"modified":"2026-05-26T13:50:02","modified_gmt":"2026-05-26T11:50:02","slug":"estaran-obligades-les-empreses-a-apujar-el-sou-dels-treballadors-a-temps-parcial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/woffu.com\/ca\/blog\/normativa\/estaran-obligades-les-empreses-a-apujar-el-sou-dels-treballadors-a-temps-parcial\/","title":{"rendered":"Estaran obligades les empreses a apujar el sou dels treballadors a temps parcial?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Se senten campanes que en un futur no gaire lluny\u00e0, <strong>les empreses hauran d&#8217;apujar el sou als empleats que treballin a temps parcial.<\/strong> Amb la reducci\u00f3 de la jornada laboral, el Govern ha donat algunes claus m\u00e9s sobre com ser\u00e0 aquesta proposta de reducci\u00f3 del temps de treball, que te\u00f2ricament permetr\u00e0 als treballadors d&#8217;aquest pa\u00eds <a href=\"https:\/\/woffu.com\/ca\/blog\/gestio-horari\/tot-el-que-heu-de-saber-sobre-la-jornada-de-375-hores\/\"><strong>passar de 40 a 37,5 hores setmanals<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>La proposta del Govern, amb la ministra Yolanda D\u00edaz al capdavant, ha arribat a trav\u00e9s d&#8217; <strong>un nou esborrany que s&#8217;ha lliurat als agents socials i que s&#8217;est\u00e0 debatent en aquest moment.<\/strong> En aquest s&#8217;explica el marc i les principals bastides sobre les quals se sustenta aquest avantprojecte de llei.<\/p>\n<p>El cas \u00e9s que una de les q\u00fcestions espec\u00edfiques que s&#8217;apunten en aquesta proposta t\u00e9 a veure amb <strong>all\u00f2 que succeir\u00e0 en el cas dels treballadors a temps parcial<\/strong>. \u00c9s evident que la jornada laboral d&#8217;un empleat que no treballa a temps complet no pot reduir-se m\u00e9s. Qu\u00e8 es faria a canvi? Per tant, el que es proposa a les empreses \u00e9s incrementar el salari de manera proporcional. En primer lloc, s&#8217;aclareix una q\u00fcesti\u00f3: <strong>els empleats a temps parcial podran mantenir el mateix volum d&#8217;hores tan bon punt entri en vigor la normativa<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n<p>Perqu\u00e8 si redueixen la jornada de 40 h a 37,5 hores, els que fan mitja jornada ara (que s\u00f3n 20 hores) passaran a fer m\u00e9s del 50 % de la jornada. Per tant, <strong>el salari s&#8217;haur\u00e0 d&#8217;incrementar en la mateixa proporci\u00f3.<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p>S&#8217;estima que un empleat que ara mateix estigui treballant 20 hores setmanals tingui dret a mantenir-les, <strong>si el contracte est\u00e0 en vigor des d&#8217;abans de l&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 de la norma<\/strong>. Imaginem que tingu\u00e9s un sou de 600 euros mensuals. En aquest cas, s&#8217;hauria d&#8217;aplicar un increment del 4 % el 2024 i un 6 % el 2025, per ajustar-lo a la reducci\u00f3 hor\u00e0ria que pret\u00e9n el Govern: reducci\u00f3 de la jornada setmanal m\u00e0xima a 38,5 hores el 2024 i a 37,5 hores el 2025. Per tant, el 2024 passaria a cobrar 624 euros i el 2025 arribaria als 636 euros.   <\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Pactar_una_reduccio_de_la_jornada_laboral_amb_lempresa_o_apujar_el_sou\"><\/span>Pactar una reducci\u00f3 de la jornada laboral amb l&#8217;empresa o apujar el sou<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Segons aquesta proposta de llei, hi ha una altra cosa que aquests treballadors a temps parcial podrien fer, sempre que els convenis col\u00b7lectius siguin de 40 hores setmanals. Estar\u00edem parlant de reduir-se el nombre d&#8217;hores setmanals. Per\u00f2 aquest seria un gest voluntari. D&#8217;aquesta manera, <strong>en lloc de les 20 hores preceptives, podrien passar a realitzar 19,25 hores el 2024 i 18,75 hores el 2025<\/strong>. D&#8217;aquesta manera, el treballador que cobrava 600 euros continuaria cobrant la mateixa n\u00f2mina, encara que treballaria menys temps.    <\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Que_succeira_amb_els_treballadors_que_ja_realitzen_375_hores\"><\/span>Qu\u00e8 succeir\u00e0 amb els treballadors que ja realitzen 37,5 hores?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>En aquest cas no succeir\u00e0 res, perqu\u00e8 en principi la nova llei no tindr\u00e0 cap afectaci\u00f3 en la seva jornada. Continuaran realitzant les 37,5 hores setmanals i <strong>no tindran dret a cap increment o reducci\u00f3<\/strong>. El que est\u00e0 clar \u00e9s que amb aquesta mesura, el control horari i pres\u00e8ncia pren m\u00e9s for\u00e7a que mai i les eines digitals com Woffu s\u00f3n la soluci\u00f3 per a la gesti\u00f3 efectiva del temps i el control horari i pres\u00e8ncia.  <\/p>\n<p>Cal assenyalar, tanmateix, que la llei encara no \u00e9s efectiva, <strong>sin\u00f3 que s&#8217;est\u00e0 debatent a la mesa de negociaci\u00f3 dels agents socials,<\/strong> de la qual la patronal encara no s&#8217;ha aixecat. Hi ha una mesura de la CEOE que ha estat passada per alt pel Ministeri de Treball i que t\u00e9 a veure amb la petici\u00f3 d&#8217;adaptaci\u00f3 progressiva. La idea de la ministra \u00e9s aconseguir l&#8217; <strong>acord per comen\u00e7ar a aplicar la mesura a partir d&#8217;aquesta tardor<\/strong>.
