Per tant, <\/span><b>a dia d\u2019avui continua sent legal fitxar en paper<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, sempre que es compleixin els requisits de:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Registre diari de jornada (hora d\u2019inici i de fi).<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conservaci\u00f3 dels registres durant 4 anys.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Disponibilitat immediata per al treballador i la Inspecci\u00f3.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No obstant aix\u00f2, la realitat pr\u00e0ctica \u00e9s que <\/span><b>el format en paper ha quedat desfasat<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> davant de les exig\u00e8ncies actuals de control, tra\u00e7abilitat i transpar\u00e8ncia.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-13837\" src=\"https:\/\/woffu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/20231214_Woffu_016_internet-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\u00c9s legal fitxar en paper? Alguns dels principals riscos s\u00f3n:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Manipulaci\u00f3 o p\u00e8rdua de registres.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  Un paper signat no garanteix que la dada sigui objectiva o que no hagi estat modificada.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Dificultat per accedir a la informaci\u00f3.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  Quan la Inspecci\u00f3 sol\u00b7licita els registres, el proc\u00e9s pot ser lent i manual.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Manca de visibilitat per a RR.HH.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  No hi ha informes autom\u00e0tics ni alertes d\u2019hores extres o abs\u00e8ncies.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Risc de sanci\u00f3.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  Si l\u2019autoritat considera que el sistema no assegura la veracitat del registre, pot imposar multes de fins a 7.500 \u20ac per empleat.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En definitiva, el paper pot complir la literalitat de la llei, per\u00f2 <\/span><b>no el seu esperit: garantir la transpar\u00e8ncia i el control efectiu de la jornada laboral.<\/b><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"El_nou_Reial_decret_cap_a_un_registre_digital_obligatori\"><\/span><b>El nou Reial decret: cap a un registre digital obligatori<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A l\u2019octubre del 2025, el Ministeri de Treball va presentar un <\/span><b>nou Reial decret sobre el registre horari<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, impulsat per <\/span><b>Yolanda D\u00edaz<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, que marca un abans i un despr\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Segons la ministra, la futura norma busca garantir un control horari \u201c<\/span><b>objectiu, transparent i accessible en temps real<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Els 5 punts clau del nou model<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>El registre haur\u00e0 de ser digital i objectiu<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2014 res de documents opacs o manipulables.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Totes les modalitats de jornada<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> s\u2019hauran de registrar: completa, parcial, flexible, h\u00edbrida o per projectes.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Les dades no es podran modificar<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> sense el consentiment del treballador.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Cada empleat tindr\u00e0 acc\u00e9s immediat<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> al seu propi registre i els representants sindicals, al global.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>La Inspecci\u00f3 de Treball podr\u00e0 accedir-hi en remot i en temps real.<\/b><b>\n<p><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquest moviment refor\u00e7a una tend\u00e8ncia clara: el control horari i pres\u00e8ncia <\/span><b>ja no pot dependre de aquesta reforma no nom\u00e9s \u00e9s una obligaci\u00f3, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 <\/span><b>una oportunitat per digitalitzar processos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> i reduir c\u00e0rregues operatives.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Automatitzaci\u00f3:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> el registre digital elimina tasques repetitives i errors humans.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Compliment sense friccions:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> els 400;\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En resum: la digitalitzaci\u00f3 no \u00e9s nom\u00e9s una q\u00fcesti\u00f3 legal, sin\u00f3 una <\/span><b>palanca d\u2019efici\u00e8ncia i transpar\u00e8ncia<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> a RR.HH.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Aleshores%E2%80%A6_%C2%BFes_legal_fitxar_en_paper_el_2025\"><\/span><b>Aleshores\u2026 \u00bf<\/b><b>\u00e9s legal fitxar en paper el 2025<\/b><b>?<\/b><span
