Aix\u00f2 \u00e9s \u00fatil perqu\u00e8 <strong>activa l\u2019alarma davant de qualsevol problema<\/strong> que es pugui estar produint de manera silenciosa i ens acosta a resoldre\u2019l.  <\/p>\n<p>Per\u00f2, <strong>qu\u00e8 passa amb l\u2019absentisme a Espanya?<\/strong> Segons un estudi de Randstad Research, de mitjana, prop de <strong>1,3 milions d\u2019espanyols no acudeixen al seu lloc de treball cada dia<\/strong>. D\u2019aquests, un 76,9 % s\u2019absenta per incapacitat temporal. Tot i que forma part de la realitat de qualsevol organitzaci\u00f3, el seu impacte en la <a href=\"https:\/\/woffu.com\/ca\/blog\/persones\/claus-per-potenciar-la-productivitat-laboral-el-nou-rol-estrategic-de-rh\/\">productivitat<\/a> i en la sostenibilitat del negoci \u00e9s considerable, especialment quan no es monitoritza de manera adequada. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"717\" data-end=\"761\">Hi ha <strong data-start=\"725\" data-end=\"760\">dos grans tipus d\u2019absentisme<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"763\" data-end=\"996\">\n<li data-start=\"763\" data-end=\"879\">\n<p data-start=\"765\" data-end=\"879\"><strong data-start=\"765\" data-end=\"791\">Absentisme justificat<\/strong>: baixes m\u00e8diques, permisos retribu\u00efts, maternitat\/paternitat, accidents laborals, etc.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"880\" data-end=\"996\">\n<p data-start=\"882\" data-end=\"996\"><strong data-start=\"882\" data-end=\"910\">Absentisme injustificat<\/strong>: abs\u00e8ncies sense un motiu v\u00e0lid, retards recurrents o abandonaments del lloc de treball.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"998\" data-end=\"1419\">Controlar-lo \u00e9s clau perqu\u00e8 l\u2019absentisme afecta directament la <strong data-start=\"1065\" data-end=\"1082\">productivitat<\/strong>, la <strong data-start=\"1089\" data-end=\"1116\">planificaci\u00f3 operativa<\/strong>, el <strong data-start=\"1121\" data-end=\"1145\">benestar de l\u2019equip<\/strong> i els <strong data-start=\"1154\" data-end=\"1174\">costos laborals<\/strong>. A l\u2019altre extrem hi ha les Balears (4,8 %), La Rioja (5,1 %) i la Comunitat de Madrid (5,6 %), les comunitats que registren les taxes d\u2019absentisme m\u00e9s baixes. <\/p>\n<p>De la mateixa manera, <strong>l\u2019estudi tamb\u00e9 fa refer\u00e8ncia als sectors on es registra un absentisme m\u00e9s elevat<\/strong>. El m\u00e9s afectat \u00e9s la ind\u00fastria, amb una taxa del 6,4 %, seguida del sector serveis (6,3 %). Sectors com el de les activitats relacionades amb l\u2019ocupaci\u00f3 (2,4 %), les activitats jur\u00eddiques i de comptabilitat o les relacionades amb la inform\u00e0tica i la recerca i desenvolupament (3,3 %) s\u00f3n els que pateixen menys absentisme.  <\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Quines_son_les_causes_mes_habituals_de_labsentisme_laboral\"><\/span>Quines s\u00f3n les causes m\u00e9s habituals de l\u2019absentisme laboral?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"1_Malalties_i_problemes_de_salut\"><\/span><strong>1. Sab\u00edeu que fins a 12,5 milions d\u2019espanyols en edat adulta senten estr\u00e8s continu? Ho assenyala el <strong>VII Estudi CinfaSalud, avalat per la Societat Espanyola per a l\u2019Estudi de l\u2019Ansietat i l\u2019Estr\u00e8s (SEAS)<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n<p>La manca de suport per al benestar dels empleats al lloc de treball, una mala distribuci\u00f3 de les c\u00e0rregues i tasques i un ambient laboral t\u00f2xic poden contribuir a <strong>problemes de salut mental, com la depressi\u00f3 i l\u2019ansietat<\/strong>, que al seu torn condueixen a prolongar l\u2019absentisme.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_Conflictes_familiars_i_responsabilitats_personals\"><\/span><strong>2. Conflictes familiars i responsabilitats personals<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>\u00c9s la vida. <strong>Els problemes i conflictes familiars s\u00f3n una realitat<\/strong> de la qual dif\u00edcilment podem escapar. De la mateixa manera que no podem defugir les responsabilitats personals. Accidents i lesions al lloc de treball<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Les lesions al lloc de treball s\u00f3n una altra causa important d\u2019absentisme laboral.<\/strong> Els accidents laborals i les lesions relacionades amb la feina poden fer que els empleats s\u2019hagin d\u2019agafar un temps per recuperar-se. En aquest sentit, estar\u00edem davant d\u2019un absentisme justificat, per\u00f2 absentisme al cap i a la fi. <\/p>\n<p>Per tant, <strong>\u00e9s fonamental que les empreses implementin mesures de seguretat adequades<\/strong> i proporcionin formaci\u00f3 per prevenir lesions al lloc de treball i reduir l\u2019absentisme relacionat amb aquestes. No cal oblidar que, en els sis primers mesos de l\u2019any, <strong>es van registrar 306.007 accidents laborals amb baixa, 279.568 accidents sense baixa i 337 morts<\/strong> de treballadors en accidents laborals, segons les dades publicades pel Ministeri de Treball i Economia Social. <\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"5_Problemes_de_transport_i_dificultats_per_arribar_a_la_feina\"><\/span><strong>5.
