Per a molts gestors de persones, el dia a dia es converteix en una \u201ctrampa administrativa\u201d: hores dedicades a consolidar informes manuals que, quan arriben a la taula de direcci\u00f3, ja nom\u00e9s serveixen per explicar qu\u00e8 va sortir malament el mes passat en lloc d&#8217;anticipar-se al que pot passar. <\/span> <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si esteu llegint aix\u00f2, \u00e9s perqu\u00e8 sabeu que el vostre rol va molt m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de consolidar dades i preparar informes. Per\u00f2, a difer\u00e8ncia del que se sol pensar, no s\u00f3n nom\u00e9s per &#8220;controlar&#8221; la plantilla, sin\u00f3 per <\/span><b>protegir el talent i la rendibilitat<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En els darrers anys, la difer\u00e8ncia entre una gesti\u00f3 mediocre i una d&#8217;excel\u00b7lent rau en la <\/span><b>capacitat d&#8217;anticipaci\u00f3<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Gr\u00e0cies a la digitalitzaci\u00f3, ja no perdem temps &#8220;picant&#8221; dades; ara el programari les centralitza perqu\u00e8 nosaltres puguem interpretar-les.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aqu\u00ed \u00e9s on la tecnologia actua com un radar: no pren les decisions per v\u00f3s, sin\u00f3 que us ajuda a detectar tend\u00e8ncies com un pic d&#8217;absentisme en un departament concret perqu\u00e8 pugueu passar d&#8217;una gesti\u00f3 reactiva (apagar focs) a una gesti\u00f3 estrat\u00e8gica (liderar el canvi).<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Els_7_KPI_de_Recursos_Humans_imprescindibles_el_2026\"><\/span><b>Els 7 KPI de Recursos Humans imprescindibles el 2026<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Perqu\u00e8 un indicador sigui realment \u00fatil i no nom\u00e9s &#8220;soroll&#8221; al vostre tauler de control, ha de complir amb la metodologia <\/span><b>SMART<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (terme que neix de les seves sigles en angl\u00e8s):<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>S<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pecific (Espec\u00edfic).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>M<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">easurable (Mesurable).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>A<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">chievable (Assolible).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>R<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">elevant (Rellevant).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>T<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ime-bound (Acotat en el temps).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aqu\u00ed teniu els pilars que tot HR Manager, Head of People o perfil C-Level ha de monitorar al seu quadre de comandament:<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"1_Taxa_de_Rotacio_Turnover\"><\/span><b>1. No \u00e9s el mateix una rotaci\u00f3 del 10% repartida en tota l&#8217;empresa que una de concentrada en un sol departament o en empleats que fa menys de sis mesos que hi s\u00f3n. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aqu\u00ed \u00e9s on la tecnologia ens permet deixar de ser reactius. En creuar les dades de sortida amb variables com l&#8217;acompliment o les enquestes de clima, podem identificar <\/span><b>patrons de fuga<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Si detectem que el risc de sortida augmenta despr\u00e9s d&#8217;un pic sostingut d&#8217;hores extra, tenim l&#8217;oportunitat d&#8217;intervenir abans que el talent decideixi marxar.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_Taxa_dAbsentisme\"><\/span><b>2. Un proc\u00e9s lent no nom\u00e9s perd candidats, sin\u00f3 que erosiona la marca ocupadora i genera una c\u00e0rrega extra en els equips que esperen el refor\u00e7. <\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong>El KPI clau<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dies mitjans des de la publicaci\u00f3 de la vacant fins a la signatura del contracte.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong>L&#8217;impacte en el negoci<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sovint s&#8217;infravalora el cost de tenir una &#8220;cadira buida&#8221;. M\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de la inversi\u00f3 en portals d&#8217;ocupaci\u00f3 o ag\u00e8ncies, cada dia que una posici\u00f3 estrat\u00e8gica no est\u00e0 coberta, la productivitat de l&#8217;equip restant cau i el risc d&#8217;error augmenta per la sobrec\u00e0rrega. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Optimitzar aquest indicador requereix <\/span><b>analitzar on es produeixen els colls d&#8217;ampolla<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: \u00e9s en el triatge curricular o en la fase d&#8217;entrevistes amb els responsables?
